Adult Classes

Come try our amazing Adult Classes! There's no need to pre-register, simply pay at the door.

Classes are $10 and no experience is needed.

Each week, we teach a new combination, and don't worry! We go very slow with the routines so that everyone feels comfortable before moving on. Don't want to be in the videos? No problem! We have many people who come each week and opt-out of the video at the end.

Each month we change up the schedule so that we are including your favorite styles of dance. To view the schedule and see updates, you can either request to be on our email list by sending us an email to [email protected] or add yourself to our FB group ' TDA Adult Dancers'.

Classes are every Thursday with the exception of Holidays! Come by and see us!

Hip-Hop- Class begins with a short stretch followed by some Improv across the floor to get those muscles warm. Then we learn a Hip-Hop combo that is taught very slowly so that all dancers are able to catch on before moving on. All Levels are welcomed.

Hip-Hop Groove- In this class, we will not learn a specific combination. Instead, we will work on different Hip-Hop grooves to get your bodies moving and have fun! This is a great class for beginner dancers or those who just want to burn the calories. 

Jazz- Class begins with a short stretch followed by some Improv across the floor to get those muscles warm. Then we learn a Jazz combo that is taught very slowly so that all dancers are able to catch on before moving on. All Levels are welcomed.

Contemporary- Class begins with a short stretch followed by some Improv across the floor to get those muscles warm. Then we learn a Contemporary combo that is taught very slowly so that all dancers are able to catch on before moving on. All Levels are welcomed.

Ballet- Class begins with barre work followed by some combos across the floor to get those muscles warm. Then we learn a short ballet combo that is taught very slowly so that all dancers are able to catch on before moving on. All Levels are welcomed.

Ballet Barre- In this class, we focus on ballet barre work with a focus on getting the best exercise possible! All levels are welcomed.
