Important Dates and Reminders for TDA Fam

Hi Dance Family,

As you know we have a lot of important events and due dates coming up and we are hoping that we can make this as easy as possible for you all to be able to access this information at any time via your phone. Please read this message carefully and you can always come back to it later to reference.

-Mobile app update: You can now make payments, edit card info, and view billing history via your mobile app. Just select > My Finances under the menu bar.

-Program ad sales due date EXTENDED: We have extended the Program Ad sales deadline to March 15th to give you all more time. You can view more details about how to sell program ad space and what that is all about by looking under >Events and then selecting the >Program Ad Sales Due Event. You can also get a copy of the ad form as attached to this notification or under Events.

-Picture Day Schedule: We have made the schedule for costume picture week and I have attached the image to this message. Please note that we have done our best to put each class near their normal day/times but for the older kids classes we have had to merge all of their classes to one day to make this work. Be sure to put these days/times on your calendar so that you can make your other commitments around this for this week only. More details on picture day can be found at any time via your mobile app under >Events> Costume Picture Day.

Costume Pick-Up Day: All recital costumes must be picked up at the studio Sunday, March 15th between 3-5 pm. If you are unable to come at this time you may send someone else to pick up on your behalf. The Ultimate dance store will also be there selling the recital stockings needed and other items for those who need it. You will be charged a $10 inconvenience fee for any costumes not picked up on this day.

Recital Dress Rehearsal: As you know, we were planning to have the dress rehearsal for the dancers in Show 2 on Friday, May 22nd in the morning. Being that Angelle Hall is already booked every evening before recital day, this is the only option we have other than the morning of the show. With that being said it has been brought to my attention that schools are letting out even later this year and that some students have school on this day. We are working on trying to finding a solution for this matter, but in the meantime, if parents could check with schools to see if they would be able to miss the half-day for this day and let us know, that would be great. I know most schools aren't teaching new material at this point so hopefully, we can make something work.
