Behind the Scenes Show Schedule
Please find your dancers' show below and familiarize yourself with the schedules for how we plan for things to flow. It is very important that we are all on the same page so that we can safely move from one show to another.. Please make sure that your guests know that they will not be able to enter the building until 30 minutes prior to the showtime. If they arrive earlier they will have to wait outside.
There will be 2 ticket checkpoints to make sure everyone who enters the building has a ticket for the appropriate show. One at the main entrance of Grouse Room on Jefferson St. and the other will be at the back entrance of the building where 1 parent and their dancers only will be allowed to enter the building 1 hour prior to their show time(back entrance will close once dancers have arrived. Please note that we are sold out for almost all shows, so we will need to use every seat available. If you do not have a ticket, you will not be allowed in the Show. When entering a row please make sure that you sit in the farthest available seat so that there are no empty seats between people.
VIP Guest- If you have a VIP room you will receive a VIP wristband to use as your ticket. Our leaders will be checking wristbands to ensure that only those with bands are able to access the VIP Viewing areas. Each VIP viewing area will be labeled with the dancer’s name so that you know which area is yours. There will be signs to help you locate this area as well. VIP rooms do not have individual designated seating for each guest. Instead, there are some seats/couches available and tons of standing room. Similar to a box room at a football game. Your view will be best when standing but you will also have a TV in range that will be streaming the show in case you need to sit at any point.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase before and after each show and will be paused during the shows so that there aren’t distractions for the dancers on stage.

10:00 am- Backstage Access Opens (Dancer & 1 Parent) May enter through back entrance
10:30 - Main Doors Open for Audience
11:00 - 12:00 Show 1
12:00 - 12:30 Freetime (Clear items out of dressing room, then free to eat/drink)
12:30 - Backstage Cleared and all guests exiting to allow for the next show to enter.
Show 2
12:30 pm - Backstage Access Opens(Dancer & 1 Parent) May enter through back entrance
1:00 - Main Doors Open for Audience
1:30 - 2:30 Show 2
2:30 - 3:00 Freetime (Clear items out of dressing room, then free to eat/drink etc)
3:00 - Backstage Cleared and all guests exiting to allow for the next show to enter.
Show 3
3:00pm - Backstage Access Opens(Dancer & 1 Parent)May enter through back entrance
3:30 - Doors Open for Show 3 Audience
4:00 - 5:15 Show 3
5:15 - 5:45 Freetime (Clear items out of dressing room, then free to eat/drink)
5:45 - Backstage Cleared and all guests exiting to allow for the next show to enter.
Show 4
5:45-6:30 Backstage Access Opens(Dancer & 1 Parent)May enter through back entrance
6:00 Doors Open for Show 4 Audience
6:30 - 7:30 Show 4
7:30 - 8pm Freetime (Clear items out of dressing room, then free to eat/drink)
8pm Backstage Cleared and all guests exiting.
