1 month until 2022-23 Dance Season Deets!

Good Afternoon Dance Family!!

We are getting excited because our 2022-23 Dance Season begins in 1 month!!! In order to prepare you for the start of this new Dance Season that begins the week of August 15th, please read through this email and feel free to ask any questions if you have them!

 

This year our open house will be
Wednesday, August 3rd

Pop in any time from 4:30pm-7pm with your dancer

During this time we will take a tour around the studio, get your dancer fitted properly for dance shoes, receive general information about the upcoming year, meet our instructors, and more! 

Have a friend that is interested in dance, but may be on the fence? Our Open House would be a great place to for them to get answers to all their questions, visit our studio, and meet our instructors.
BONUS: If your friend registers at our open house,
you will receive 10 TDA BUCKS credited to your account! 

 

FIRST MONTHS TUITION

August tuition will be due on the 15th and drafted on the 16th unless another form of payment is received by the due date. September through May tuition will be due on the 1st of each month and auto-drafted from your account on the 2nd.

If you would like to pay with another form of payment to avoid the 3.9% processing fees, simply turn in your payment to our office by the due date each month and your account will not be drafted.

 

Checklist of what to add/do
before the year starts so that you don’t miss a beat:

  • If you use Facebook, be sure to add yourself to our private Facebook group ‘Thea’s Dance Academy Students’ where we post important reminders and updates. We try to put these notifications on multiple platforms in hopes of reaching all parents who might otherwise miss it.

  • DOWNLOAD THE GOMOTION APP on your cellular device! Through this app, you will be able to login into your parent account with us and manage payments, account info, view your dancer's class schedule, news articles, and social feed announcements, receive mobile push notifications, and much more. All of this can be done via the app and it will make staying in touch much easier for us! 
    Simply search for gomotion(orange app with white letters) in your phone's app store and then once you've downloaded the app, you will need to sign in to your parent account. Same login info you used to register for classes with us. 

    Please make sure you turn on notifications once the app is downloaded.

  • Read OUR PARENT/STUDENT HANDBOOK for any information you may need on what's to come! Including what DANCE ATTIRE you will need and other important policies and details for the year. You can view this at any time via the GoMotion Parent Portal under the >News tab! Once you are there simply look for the article titled Parent/Student Handbook.

  • Make sure all of your contact information is up to date on your account with us. Putting the primary phone and email addresses in dedicated spots so that you do not miss any information that is sent out.

Please double-check that you know
your dancers class day/times
by viewing the classes section of the gomotion app
(demonstrated in the video linked earlier in this email)

All options in this store are approved for class wear!

Through this storefront, you will be able to order, pay, and have items shipped directly to your house! Not sure what size your dancer needs in any of the shoes listed? Come by the office and we will size your dancer with our samples.

STEP 2: Select and shop your Class List. (you can also head straight to your specific class list via the links below)

Step 3: Check out and have items shipped to your home address. Please note that you must add a dancer to your nimbly profile in order to check out.
